What are the methods and procedures for registration?

Students can go to our school to complete the procedures in person, or they can fax or mail the registration form to our school along with a check and a photo. N5 Japanese language proficiency test class, you can register for the course through online registration. However, students who choose to register by fax or mail should call the school first to make sure there are enough places left in the course. After receiving the student's registration form, the school will also contact the student by phone.

What payment methods are accepted?

Students who come to our school to register in person can choose to pay tuition by cash, check or EPS. Those who choose to fax or mail the application form to the school can choose to mail a check to the school or deposit the tuition fee into the school's account. Who is the instructor teaching the course? What are the qualifications?

The first classes will be taught by Hong Kong instructors until the students reach a certain level. N3 courses will be taught by Japanese instructors. The Hong Kong tutors who teach in our school have all studied in Japan and have Level 1 Japanese proficiency. In addition, they also need to take the school's teacher development course and undergo apprenticeships with Japanese teachers before they can teach.
As for the Japanese teachers in our school, they have all taken more than 420 hours of teacher development courses in Japan and have some experience in teaching Japanese to foreigners.

What courses are available?

Our school has a variety of different courses for students to choose from, including N5-N1 proficiency trial classes, synchronous courses, children's classes, youth classes and Nikkei Talk courses. Most of the courses are included in the Continuing Education Fund courses.

How many people will start the class? How many people are there in the other class?

Classes usually have 8-9 people, and the average class is about 10-20 people.

If I have studied Japanese elsewhere, can I transfer to a class with a higher level?

Students can first go to our school and look at the textbooks we use to determine their Japanese proficiency before taking the entrance exam. However, if students want to join higher-level courses (taught by Japanese teachers), they need to make an appointment for the entrance examination, because in addition to the written test, they also need to conduct an interview with a Japanese tutor.

If I am unable to attend one of the courses due to something else, can I make it up?

Yes, each student is provided with one free video make-up service per unit. Students can fill in the make-up paper within two weeks of absence. The school will try its best to arrange make-up lessons for students.

What kind of course is NIKKEI TALK?

NIKKEI TALK is a pure conversation course, suitable for students who have N2 level proficiency test or above. Every week, the teacher will discuss different topics with the students. The purpose of the course is to train each student's conversational skills and listening skills. Since the course focuses on conversations with Japanese instructors, students who are interested in participating in the NIKKEI TALK class must make an appointment for an interview to ensure that the students have reached a certain level of conversational skills before they can apply.

Are there any exams in the course?

Each unit of our school has internal examinations to evaluate students' ability to absorb the courses. Students must also obtain passing scores in the final examination before they can advance to the next unit of courses.

What can I do if I fail the on-campus exam?

Students can make an appointment to take the follow-up exam, and the follow-up exam must be taken within two weeks after the course ends. If students obtain passing grades in the follow-up examination, they will also be eligible to advance to the next unit of course.

If I cannot attend the exam day, can I change the exam time?

Students can make an appointment to take a make-up exam (note: except for concurrent courses), but the exam must be taken within two weeks of the completion of the course. Those who exceed the deadline will not be arranged to make up the exam. If students wish to progress to the next unit, they will need to pay additional administrative fees for make-up exam arrangements.
